Responsibilities:

  Train, lead and mentor warehouse associates in all areas of warehousing

  Ensure productivity and budgeting goals are met in an efficient manner

  Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments

  Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates

  Communicate with leadership to answer shipping and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems

  Monitor inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy

  Ensure inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained

  Monitor Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed at all times

Qualifications:

  3+ years' experience in a warehousing leadership role

  Ability to delegate when assigning employee workloads

  Problem-solving skills to mediate complaints and production issues

  Clear knowledge of warehouse operations

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  Management skills

  Leadership and organizational skills to run the warehouse efficiently

  Proficiency in inventory software

  Ability to remain stationary for extended periods when working on the warehouse floor
