Enterprise Mobility is thrilled to offer exciting opportunities through our Supervisor Trainee Program-a dynamic pathway designed to develop your leadership, coaching, and communication skills while gaining in-depth knowledge of our company and contact center operations.

What You'll Experience

Our Supervisor Trainee Program is a structured development track that combines focused training, hands-on learning, and performance-based advancement. You'll receive the tools and support needed to grow into a leadership role, with the goal of becoming a Supervisor overseeing a team of 18-21 employees within 12 months.

Program Highlights

* Comprehensive Training: One-week paid training, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST
* Career Growth: Advancement opportunities based on performance and readiness
* Flexible Scheduling: Shifts available between 7:00 AM-10:00 PM CST, including potential weekend hours

Current Schedules Availiable

* Monday - Friday (in person) 7:00am - 4:30pm; Every third Saturday (remote) 8:00am - 12:00pm
* Monday - Friday (in person) 7:30am - 5:00pm; Every third Saturday (remote) 8:00am - 12:00pm

Compensation & Benefits

* Targeted Compensation: $52,290 annually, based on an average 45-hour work week

Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor Trainee, you'll be immersed in the dynamic culture of Enterprise Mobility and gain firsthand experience in our contact center operations by booking high-quality reservations for our three global brands. You'll serve as the voice of Enterprise to our customers-while developing the behind-the-scenes leadership skills that will prepare you to manage your own team.

Qualifications:

* Must currently live in the state of Missouri
* Must currently live in St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area
* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
* Bachelor's degree required
* Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in one of the following: sales, customer service, management or leadership
* Must be able to work a schedule between the hours of 7am-10pm CST, and could require working Saturdays and/or Sundays, with flexibility based on business need 
* Permanent residence with a defined working space that is free of distractions
* Must be able to meet all current work from home technical requirements

WFH Technical Qualifications for your home office:

* Must have access to a cell phone to validate security information authentication
* Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider
* Minimum 10 mbps upload and 100 mbps download
* Satellite Internet, 5G home Internet/Cellular/Wi-Fi/Hotspot Services (T-Mobile, Verizon) connections are NOT supported
