Overview: The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead the Registered Nurse (RN) recruitment team for One Brooklyn Health System, supporting nursing operations across all three campuses. This role is critical to ensuring the organization attracts and hires skilled, compassionate nursing professionals who align with our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. The Supervisor will play a hands-on leadership role, guiding a team of recruiters in executing strategic sourcing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders, and continuously improving recruitment processes. A deep understanding of the challenges facing healthcare recruitment is essential, as is the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure outcomes. With a focus on candidate experience, workforce planning, and operational alignment, the TA Supervisor will serve as both a strategic partner and a tactical leader, ensuring we not only meet hiring goals but also contribute to the long-term success and stability of our nursing teams. Responsibilities: * Assist in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies and high-volume recruitment programs aligned with OBH's institutional goals. * Partner with HR leadership on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives that support long-term talent development. * Introduce innovative and inclusive recruiting practices to attract, hire, and retain a diverse, high-performing nursing workforce. * Support the development and implementation of efficient, scalable systems and processes to hire top talent. * Ensure recruitment systems (e.g., ATS) are fully utilized, accurate, and consistently maintained. * Collaborate with system administrators to evaluate and implement technology enhancements. * Maintain data integrity and leverage recruitment metrics to assess performance, inform decision-making, and tell a compelling story of impact. * Establish and sustain relationships with external partners (e.g., universities, workforce programs, community organizations) to create a pipeline of qualified nursing candidates. * Represent OBH at job fairs, community and statewide events to elevate the employer brand and attract top talent. * Oversee, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve individual and collective goals. * Manage full-cycle recruitment for Nursing leadership roles as needed. * Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning. * Handle performance management and development of team members. * Serve as a trusted HR advisor and respected business partner across the system. * Drive collaboration across departments to improve communication, efficiency, and alignment of hiring needs with operational priorities. * Act as a change agent and HR advocate to promote best practices and new initiatives. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Education: * Bachelor's degree required. Experience: * Minimum five (5) years of talent-related experience, required. * Minimum two (2) yeas in a leadership role witin talent, preferred. * Previous experience leading a diverse team and supporting them through talent acquisition and talent development, preferred. * Track record of partnering with senior leaders, providing perspectives and sound judgement. * Previous experience leveraging technology and analytics to drive strategy, preferred. Knowledge and Skills: * Strong grasp on current TA trends and innovative approaches to Nurse recruitment. * Demonstrates excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills * Team player * Ability to multi-task; juggle a number of projects and work with various stakeholders at one time. * Proficient in industry metrics and utilizing data-driven reasoning and creative problem solving to drive the mission and address recruitment challenges. * Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships, foster collaboration and promote a customer-focused approach. * Maintains Confidentiality; acts with personal, professional and behavioral integrity Licenses, Certifications: * SPHR or PHR preferred Physical Requirements: * Position requires prolonged periods of sitting and use of a computer and screen viewing throughout the working day. * Ability to travel from site to site.
