Overview:
Project Management Supervisor interacts with the middle management of Zebra and key customers. Responsibilities include development and management of customer-specific projects. Project Management Supervisor must have a strong knowledge of tasks operating as a Trusted Advisor to Zebra key customers including reference accounts in designated vertical markets. The individual will have broad responsibilities in leading small team involving members from all disciplines.
Responsibilities:
* Manage project completion, meeting timelines and budget metrics.
* Monitor trends and commonly reported problems or issues, looking beyond symptoms to determine the underlying cause.
* Creation of project plans when appropriate or provide the detailed plan for problem identification and resolution.
* Promote and approve new ways of identifying problems/processes and areas where change is required.
* Management of problem through resolution, including coordination and awareness of all internal & external parties which are involved with problem resolution.
* Identify and anticipate customer requirements and needs.
* Develop strong internal relationships critical to the timely and accurate problem isolation and resolution, built upon professional trust and integrity
* Plan team development and carrier paths. Lead, motivate and coach team members to organize, analyze and prioritize problems effectively.
* Wins support from key stakeholders by showing how proposed solutions address what is important to them.
* Seeks feedback, insight and support from others and seeks to understand and address their concerns.
* Demonstrates knowledge of PMI PMBOK and Project/Program Management techniques and approaches. Able to use project management tools.
* May oversee the work of or directly supervise Project Managers and/or Project Coordinators and/or Release Managers
Qualifications:

* Experience leveraging CRM platforms

* Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management
* Experience in supervising services projects
