Responsibilities:
As the Supervisor of Addiction Technicians, you will:
* Ensure the coverage of residential units of patients with focus on patient safety and recovery environment.
* Assist patients and staff in the treatment process within organizational guidelines, philosophies, and procedures.
* Supervise and manage the daily operations of the addiction technician department.
* Be responsible for the management and training of staff that are responsible for the safety and security of the patients.
* Manage the schedule of the entire team to ensure adequate staffing coverage for the patients
* Ensure that all staff are in compliance with necessary trainings, implement employee engagement initiatives,
* Supervise the oversight of the addiction technicians timecards, manage hiring for all new staff within the department, and provide regular and consistent supervision for staff in relation to performance.
* In addition, engage in leadership team meetings and committees for facility and partner with other supervisors to ensure quality care is delivered to patients.
Qualifications:
Required
* Bachelor's degree
* Three or more years providing clinical supervision
* Five or more years experience in the addiction field with a minimum of two years with 12 step facilitation
Preferred
* Master's Degree in Addiction Studies or related field
* LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or related field licensure
