Overview: $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Relief Charge Nurse Hours - 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Under the general supervision of the Surgical Services Nurse Manager, is responsible for the planning and implementation of patient care in the Surgical Services Departments-OR, PACU, Ambulatory and Endoscopy for Bettendorf, Rock Island and Moline. Contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to the patients and their families. Plans, organizes and directs activities within respective department for 24/7 activities. Uses independent judgement in crisis situations and takes appropriate actions. Responsibilities: * Plans and implements patient care in the Surgical Services Departments. * Contributes professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to the patients and their families. * Plans, organizes, and directs activities within respective department for 24/7 activities. Qualifications: Education: * Graduate of accredited nursing program. Experience: * Three years acute care experience. License(s)/Certification(s): * Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa and Illinois. * BCLS **Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs.
