Responsibilities:
As a Lab Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day lab operations, support a talented team of professionals, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and champion innovation in patient diagnostics. You'll play a vital role in shaping both outcomes and careers.
Qualifications:
What You Bring:
* AAS or BS in Medical Technology or related field
* ASCP or equivalent certification
* Previous lab experience with leadership responsibilities
* A commitment to safety, quality, and team empowerment
