Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of assigned Imaging units. Coordinates the daily activities of the units. Provides leadership in the Imaging department, utilizing people, technology, and financial resources to efficiently provide services. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Key performance indicators include but are not limited to: Patient satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity- financial targets, Red Rule compliance- zero tolerance for breaches, budgets and fiscal responsibility.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* 2 years of experience as a technologist
* 1 years of lead or supervisory experience, preferred
* Efficiency in time management and interpersonal skills
* ARRT, ARDMS or CNMT registry in at least one of assigned modalities
* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association
* Bachelor's Degree, preferred

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
