Responsibilities:
As our Supervisor Imaging at Radiology - West Clinic, you will help lead and coordinate imaging services so that patients receive timely, high-quality radiologic care to support their diagnosis and treatment.
Every day, you will support the radiology team by ensuring operational excellence, coordinating staff, maintaining equipment compliance, and monitoring quality and satisfaction metrics to deliver top-notch radiologic care. You will be expected to supervise daily imaging procedures, manage technologists, promote a patient-first culture, and support financial, clinical, and employee satisfaction goals.
* Lead and supervise imaging operations to ensure quality patient care and safety
* Monitor departmental performance, budgets, productivity, and variance reports to ensure efficient operations and financial stability.
* Promote employee, physician, and patient satisfaction through strong service recovery, communication, and performance reviews
* Ensure equipment and imaging protocols are up to date and compliant with all regulatory standards
* Drive professional development, continuous quality improvement (CQI), and patient-first initiatives
Qualifications:
* Possess ARRT certification in Radiography or be registry-eligible (must obtain within 1 year) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Additional modality certifications (CT, MRI, Mammo, etc.) are highly valued
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Radiology (supervisory or team lead experience preferred)
* Strong interpersonal skills, servant leadership values, and knowledge of compliance standards (JCAHO, HIPAA)
