Position Summary
Forsyth Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a House Supervisor. This leadership position provides administrative, operational, and clinical oversight for the hospital during assigned hours, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and efficient hospital operations.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
* Provide hospital-wide leadership and administrative oversight during assigned shifts.
* Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to address operational and clinical needs.
* Support staffing decisions and resource allocation to ensure quality patient care.
* Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
* Promote patient safety, service excellence, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
* Facilitate communication between departments and assist in resolving operational concerns.
* Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing staff throughout the facility.
* Support organizational goals, quality initiatives, and patient experience efforts.
Qualifications:
QualificationsEducation
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN/BA/BS) required.
* Graduate degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
* Minimum of five (5) years of previous nursing experience required.
* Previous management experience preferred.
