				Overview:

* Comfortably lift 75 lbs. routinely with or without a reasonable accommodation
* Possible/minimal travel as needed-multiple day trips and overnights (Flying and Driving)
* This is a full-time position, starting at $28 to $31 an hour
* Tool allowance of $75 per month
* Time and a half pay when traveling for work
* This is not a Department of Transportation Safety-Sensitive position.

Responsibilities:

* Be at least 18 years of age
* Possess a valid unrestricted state-issued driver's license
* High school diploma or completion of a GED
* Pass a background check and drug screening
* Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Familiar with and be able to read and understand Company and Manufacturer Manuals 
* Have at least one year automotive/ground service equipment related experience or training

Preferred:

* Previous Supervisor/management experience
* Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications

Qualifications:

This is a full-time position in SLC.

As a SkyWest Supervisor, you will be given the opportunity to lead by example, set a positive work atmosphere for your department, and promote our guiding principles.

* Prioritize, oversee, and assign duties to mechanics and part technicians 
* Prioritize workload at the local and regional levels. Review open work orders and ensure completion
* Manages and prioritizes online maintenance requests 
* Monitor work performed in the shop for accuracy and thoroughness. Assist mechanics as needed
* Open work orders in fleet as needed. Review outstanding work orders in the region
* Attend local hub/ramp meetings
* Safety/Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance
