Overview: * Supervisor for Mammoet Global Cranes * Working Worldwide Are you an experienced operator of large crawler cranes? Do you have experience of supervising a crew for a large crane? Are you ready to join a specialist team operating the largest fleet of super heavy lift cranes on projects across the world? Our world-class fleet of global cranes include large ring cranes between 1600 and 5000 tons, large crawlers between 2000 and 3000 tons, and specialist cranes. The crews in our global crane pool are elite level heavy equipment operators - the best of the best. They deserve the best supervisors. Interested? Read on! Responsibilities: As Supervisor in our global crew your activities consist of supervising all activities associated with lifting complicated loads. In addition to supervising the critical lifts, supervisors in our global crew are expected to oversee the handling and logistics of crane parts on site, manage the assembly and disassembling activities, and train and coach trainee operators and supervisors. As a supervisor in the global crew you also need a hands-on mentality and work closely together with the operators. You will be traveling along with our global cranes all around the world. You carry out this job on challenging, often international projects. You do this in a team with colleagues of various nationalities. English doesn't need to be your first language, but the ability to communicate in english verbally and in writing will be important. Qualifications: * Global mindset - when not on leave, you will probably be somewhere in the world on a project * Current valid passport * Proficiency in English (spoken and written) * Current valid crane drivers licence * Experience in large crawler cranes, including at least one of the following: * CC6800 * CC8800 * LR11350 * all of the above including superlift and/or flying jib * Experience of leading / supervising a crew * Focus on quality/safety * Planning and organizing * Responsible * Customer and service focused * Communication skills, able to connect with people on different levels * Ambitious, in search of growth and development opportunities * Curious, a natural listener who is interested to learn from their peers
