Position: Supervisor, DAS
Schedule: 37.5 hours each week including weekends and evenings based on the needs of the program
Salary Range: $65,000 up to $70,000 annually, based upon relevant experience
Location: Homestead, PA
Devereux/TCV Community Services is immediately hiring for a Residential Manager for our DAS program!
Program Overview:
The primary purpose of the Mental Health Residential/DAS is to provide adult individuals who have mental health and SUD with quality care and services designed to address their individualized goals. The program philosophy is based on a strength-based approach as well as person centered, culturally and recovery principles. All aspects of the service must meet CRR regulation as defined in the policies and procedures and all federal, state and county requirements.
Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to function as clinical and operations leader of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, and provide training, direction, and supervision to all the DAS staff in order to ensure safety, program standards and quality services.
Core Responsibilities:
* Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional demeanor in alignment with agency policies, procedures, and standards of care.
* Team Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff; ensure accountability and adherence to individual service plans and program goals.
* Program Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety standards, incident reporting procedures, site maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
* Documentation Management: Complete and oversee timely, accurate documentation including assessments, service plans, incident reports, evaluations, and fiscal records.
* Training & Education: Facilitate staff training, schedule coverage, and oversee ongoing education; provide direct care and crisis intervention as needed.
* Fiscal Responsibility: Monitor program spending, manage petty cash, and ensure alignment with budget guidelines.
* Policy Compliance: Participate in policy reviews and committees focused on quality, compliance, and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
* Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
* Minimum 1 year of clinical behavioral health experience (required)
* 3+ years in a supervisory role (preferred)
* Experience in adult mental health, residential, or inpatient settings a plus
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
* Strong understanding of mental illness, psychiatric rehabilitation, and recovery principles
* Skilled in clinical decision-making, staff supervision, and team leadership
* Able to maintain professional boundaries and follow regulatory guidelines
* Effective communicator with solid documentation and EHR/computer skills
Additional Requirements:
* Pre-employment physical, TB test, drug screening
* Hepatitis vaccination series (within 30 days)
* Valid driver's license with clean MVR
* Ability to pass federal, state, and criminal background checks
