Responsibilities:

Make a real difference in the lives of patients! As our Clinic RN Supervisor in Franciscan Cardiovascular Associates in Silverdale, WA, you'll orchestrate seamless, high-quality nursing care while collaborating closely with physicians and staff.  Lead, mentor, and empower your team to achieve excellence, all while enjoying the benefits of free parking and a schedule free of weekends and holidays.

Essential duties:

* Lead and manage a team of nurses.
* Oversee clinic operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Provide direct patient care (vital signs, medication administration, etc.).
* Manage staff scheduling, performance appraisals, and budget.
* Collaborate with clinic leadership to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Education/ Work Experience:

* Graduate of accredited school of Registered Nursing approved by the WA State Board of Nursing required.
* BSN preferred.
* Previous supervisory/lead experience preferred.
* Within the last five- (5) years, three- (3) years of nursing experience in a clinic setting or five- (5) years of acute hospital nursing experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications:

* Current WA State license as RN required.
* Must have a current ACLS and  CPR certification.recognized by the American Heart Association.
