Overview: Dignity Health's Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC) is a non-profit Community clinic organization comprised of more than 40 health centers located primarily from Ventura to Templeton, spanning the coast. One California Responsibilities: Provides tactical leadership in order to maximize the effectiveness of all service delivery systems and financial performance, engages staff and cultivates a clinic culture that prioritizes humankindness and patient-centric care. Coordinates the day-to-day operational aspects of the clinic. Works closely with staff and providers to ensure that all fiduciary and clinic goals are met. Qualifications: Required: * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum of two (2) years experience in related field.
