Overview: Shift: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, days, for 80 hours per pay period (40 hours/week) Lead with Heart. Supervise with Excellence. We're searching for a passionate and experienced Supervisor - Cardiac Services to guide, inspire, and elevate our cardiac program. Seize this opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference in patients' lives! #DBQ123 Responsibilities: * Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the cardiac services team. * Oversee clinical operations, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. * Monitor quality and performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives. * Foster a collaborative and professional environment that promotes staff engagement and development. * Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and service efficiency. Qualifications: Education: * Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Must obtain BSN within 3 years of starting role) or Graduate of an accredited radiologic science program that is recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certification/License: * Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa or ARRT / permit to practice licensure in the State of Iowa or compact state * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire * Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or within 1 year from date of hire Ready to make a difference?
