Overview:
Job title: Supervisor Capacity & Patient Flow RN
Schedule:Afternoon/evening. Mid to nighshift with some weekend requirements. 5pm-3am possibly. Can discuss.
Responsibilities: Assist with leading the department, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, orientation/onboarding new team members, team building & engagement, high energy, positive attitude, EPIC reporting, strong organizational skills. Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Ability to lead through change. Will work in staffing at times alongside the team.
Required:
* RN lic.
* BLS
* 2 years RN experience
Preferred:
* prior leadership experience of 1 year or House Supervisor
* BSN preferred
* ED or critical care
* EPIC experienced
* Computer skills: EXCEL, power BI, pivot tables

Qualifications:
* Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. ADN, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN required.
* Experience:
* 2 years Nursing Care, required.
* 2 years Behavioral Health Clinical Experience (Behavioral Health department requirement only), required.
* 1 year Supervisory Experience, preferred.
* 2 years Epic System Experience, preferred.
* Licensure/Certification: RN, required.
* Additional Skills Required:
* Successful completion of department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
* Ability to successfully complete Leader Education and training.
* Strong communication, team building, and organization skills.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills with ability to conceptualize solutions to challenging situations.
* Additional Skills preferred:
* Prior experience with patient throughput and/or logistics, reflecting general knowledge in hospital/pre-hospital medical principles and practice skills, current trends, and industry standards.
* Prior experience in emergency department, trauma or critical care units.
* Prior inpatient clinical behavioral health experience (Behavioral Health department only).
