What You Can Expect:
* Jerome, ID work location
* The Supervisor Building Services supervises the activities of building services for a designated facility(ies).
* Provide day-to-day oversight of the building maintenance staff.
* Provide leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff. Select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff. Works with staff to promote resolution of conflict and counsels staff when standards are not met.
* Assists with coordination of schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels.
* Identify problems and potential solutions to ensure department efficiency.
* Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate department supplies.
* Oversees the department's safety and quality standards for staff to include regulatory compliance.
* Accountable for efficiency, productivity, quality and may assist with the financial performance.
* May oversee work of contractors or subcontractors.
* Makes recommendations and assists with developing policies and procedures for the department.
* Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
* Experience: 5 years related experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License
