				Overview:

First Episode Recovery Support Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing an interdisciplinary treatment team services that provide skill training, supportive and/or treatment for individuals in recovery from first episode psychosis.  Staff will deliver services primarily in the individual's home or other community settings.  This includes involvement in the provision of services following the guidelines for the NAVIGATE model that is generally funded through Medicaid, the Region, private pay and/or grants.  

Responsibilities:

* Community marketing, public education, solicits/accepts/screens referrals. Acts as the "face" of the First Episode (Psychosis) Recovery Support Team (FERST).
* Provides direct supervision of FERST team members (Med Mgmt, Individual therapy, Family therapy, Supported Employment and Education Specialist, Community Support Specialist). Role models and coaches on best practice of NAVIGATE model.
* Conducts regular fidelity audits, identifies strengths/challenges of team practice, creates corrective action plans and guides team members to higher fidelity and improved client outcomes.
* Conducts interviews, makes hiring decisions within management/HR work flows, conducts performance evaluations, provides coaching, discipline, and celebrates work well done.
* Understands the NAVIGATE target population and model.
* Provides various roles within the team when there are gaps in staffing, or an alternative is needed to accommodate best fit.
* Timely completion of documentation of services. Leads the client orientation, assessment, and treatment planning process upon admission and ongoing.
* Facilitates discharge planning with the team to ensure smooth transition to aftercare including use of other services if needed.
* Is the primary point of contact w HHS and other funders.
* Timely collection of required data and completion of required reports.
* Participates in mtgs w HHS and HHS contracted staff as required by HHS and other funders or regulators.

Qualifications:

Education

Master's Degree: MSW, MHC, MFT

Qualifications/Experience

1 year Service provider

LMSW, LMHC-t, LMFT-t (Required)
LISW, LMHC, LMFT within 2 Yrs (Preferred)
Driver's License
