Overview: Friday - Sunday - 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM The House Supervisor supervises nursing personnel and patient care on all nursing units per their designated shift. Responsibility for administrative decisions during their working hours. The House Supervisor will work the floor 40% at the bedside and the remaining time as a supervisor. This position floats shifts as a bedside nurse to their skill level on medical - surgical units at the three Quad City Campuses. What sets our Quad Cities/Muscatine Market apart? It's our NEW "Commit to Sit" Program- As an RN Inpatient, participate in the "Commit to Sit" initaitve by spending 5 minutes daily with each patient to foster personal connections and enhanse compassionate, holistic care. Responsibilities: * Supervisor duties * Rounding on all units * Facilitating staff * Assist with anything needed in any of the departments Qualifications: Education: * Diploma from an RN program. Experience: * Two years of hospital clinical experience or demonstrated clinical efficiency. License(s)/Certification(s): * Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. * Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state. * Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. * Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification within 6 months of hire. * Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification within 6 months of hire. *Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, internal equity, and other business needs. The salary range listed does not include other forms of compensation which may include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits that may be applicable to this role.
