Responsibilities: Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor Primary Purpose: Set up, services, and maintains all food and beverage in the Suites. Responsibilities: * Serves food and beverages to guests as required * Takes beverage orders and serves accordingly * Maintains cleanliness of Suites and work area * Suite set up as directed for Supervisor * Greets Suite guests and informs guests of food and beverage availability and Sam Houston Race Park amenities * Other duties assigned Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age. TABC certified and TxRC *icensed. Minimum I-year prior experience preferred.
