Responsibilities:

* Daily greeting and supporting clients upon arrival and departure from UWM
* Assisting clients during check-in on all campuses
* Assisting clients during breaks from class with any questions and directions
* Assisting clients during lunch and UWM team meetups
* Conducting multiple client tours
* Preparing swag bags and t-shirts for Success Track classes
* Responsible for physical setup of training spaces, which may include ensuring the presence of video setup and any handout documentation

Qualifications:

Must Have Qualifications: 

* Excellent organization skills and ability to manage time effectively to meet often short deadlinesand tasks
* Excellent client service skills and ability to effectively communicate with individuals by phone, e-mail and in person, always with a YES mentality
* Ability to maintain and show a very positive attitude and demeanorin stressful situations
* Ability to work professionally and effectively with our leaders at multiple levels
* Proven problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit team and company goals
* Ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks as well as routinely prioritize among multiple tasks daily and weekly
* Ability to work independently after direction from leadership as well as work closely with all Sales Training teams and Account Executives
* Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Onsite attendance Required
* High School Diploma
* 9 months minimum UWM employment

Nice to Have Qualifications: 

* Preferred client facing role experience
