As a SAP (Student Assistance Program) Liaison, you'll work closely with school teams, students, and families to provide early intervention and support services. This is a part-time role ideal for professionals seeking consistent hours during the school day.

* Part-Time Pay: $18 - $20 per hour (range varies upon education and experience). Additional dollar per hour if bilingual.

Key responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Core Team Participation: Attend weekly or bi-weekly SAP Core Team meetings to provide case consultation and resource recommendations.
* Parent Engagement: Conduct pre- and post-screening meetings with parents (in-person or by phone) to gather insights and share recommendations.
* Staff Collaboration: Consult with school staff (counselors, teachers, nurses, administrators) outside of Core Team meetings to discuss student concerns.
* Student Screenings: Administer behavioral health screenings using BH Works for students referred to SAP (parent screenings for children under 12).
* Education Sessions: Provide individual drug and alcohol education sessions for students not requiring clinical assessment.
* Group Facilitation: Lead SAP support groups for referred students, as time permits.
* Referral Follow-Up: Ensure timely and effective follow-up on referrals through calls, meetings, and coordination with service providers.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Ecucation, or human services realted field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in behavioral health care, mental health, or drug/alcohol program. Prior experience with a Student Assistance Program preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license must be maintained.
