Overview: Stress Concessions Responsibilities: * Good Knowledge on Aerospace domain, Primary and Secondary Structures, loads & Aircraft drawing * Hands-on execution of Aero-structure Metallic and Composite concessions (Aircraft fuselage, Pylon and Wing components) * In depth knowledge of stress, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis of metallic structures (Fatigue analysis as per M2841). * In depth knowledge on preparation of the stress justification reports for the design solutions as per the Airbus methods & process * Good experience on providing Prestress justification and repair solution of non conformities (Metallic and composite structures - good understanding of MKDF for composites) during manufacturing and assembly line concessions. * Good skills to generate engineering judgements to justify defects and repairs * Good skills to mitigate Low RF, Fatigue & DT lives with the effect of nonconformities * Good understanding of strength of materials and hands on execution of Hand calculation and FEA is advantageous. * Qualifications: B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering
