Overview:
The Consultant NHE Strategy & Development is an integral member of the Novant Health Enterprises (NHE) Corporate Strategy and Development team. This role supports the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives through research, analysis, and project coordination. Working closely with the Sr Consultant NHE Strategy & Development and other cross-functional leaders, the Consultant NHE Strategy & Development helps identify market opportunities, evaluate business cases, and deliver strategic insights that advance Novant Health's enterprise growth objectives.

Qualifications:
* Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate degree, preferred.
* Experience: Minimum one year in a top-tier management or strategy consulting role. Demonstrated experience in finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, and/or consulting and managing/facilitating complex teams/projects. Master's degree counts towards experience, required.
* Additional Skills (required):
* Understanding of healthcare systems, payers/providers, and care delivery models.
* Familiarity with strategic planning processes and business case development.
* Knowledge of financial concepts such as ROI, NPV, and basic valuation methods.
* Understanding of market research principles and competitive analysis.
* Analytical Thinking: Ability to structure problems and conduct data-driven analysis.
* Communication: Strong writing and presentation skills; able to create clear, compelling materials.
* Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with varying levels of leadership.
* Organization: Strong project coordination and time management skills.
* Learning Agility: Eagerness to grow, take initiative, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Judgment: Uses data and logic to make informed recommendations.
* Attention to Detail: Delivers accurate, high-quality work products.
