Overview:
Are you passionate about integrating technology with healthcare to drive innovation and excellence? We're looking for a dedicated Strategic Growth Coordinator to join our Digital Products and Services team. In this role, you'll play a critical part in securely managing information systems and supporting strategic growth through infrastructure assessments and integration planning.
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Location: Onsite: Must live within 50 miles of Winston-Salem
Department: Enterprise Technology Services - IT Service Excellence
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure secure lifecycle management of information systems, including:
* Identifying systems within scope
* Understanding sensitive data usage (storage, transmission, processing)
* Enforcing security principles like least privilege and least functionality
* Recognizing cybersecurity incidents and participating in response activities
* Conduct detailed hardware and infrastructure assessments for:
* Large clinics and medical groups
* End-user device assessments for acute care facilities
* Support pre-merger, acquisition, divestiture, or other strategic relationship activities
* Provide cost estimates for new equipment and circuits required for integration into the core ITS network
* Collaborate with ITS Network and Infrastructure teams on complex projects to determine optimal solutions

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Experience: Minimum of five years related ITS experience, required.
* Licensure/Certification: CompTIA A+, preferred.
* Additional Skills (required): Ability to work under deadlines and multi-tasking of projectsAbility to work with all levels of personnelComfortable working independently in different environments. Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed.
* Additional Skills (preferred): Experience in desktop hardware, network infrastructure, telecommunications, system implementation and project management
