Responsibilities:

Allied Universal(r) Technology Services is hiring a Program Manager to join our Strategic Accounts Team.  The Program Manager will lead high-profile programs from start to profitable completion, ensuring excellence in delivery, client satisfaction, and operational performance. You will oversee all aspects of program execution, including progress tracking, contract compliance, cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety.

Pay Range: $140,000 - $200,000 annually
Other Benefits: 20% annual bonus eligibility, auto allowance and gas card

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Leadership & Team Development

* Lead, mentor, and support on-site staff through coaching, recognition, and fostering accountability.

* Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culture that encourages teamwork, open communication, and professional growth.

Client & Contract Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring contract requirements and customer expectations are met.

* Build and strengthen client relationships by understanding their security needs and delivering effective solutions.

Operational Oversight & Safety

* Enforce and maintain a safety-first environment, ensuring compliance with company safety policies.

* Monitor operations to prevent incidents and protect employees, subcontractors, and visitors.

Financial & Business Performance

* Manage P&L to drive profitability through budget planning, revenue growth, cost control, and cash flow management.

* Collaborate with sales to identify new opportunities, prepare estimates, and develop proposals.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

* Must possess one or more of the following:
* Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field
* Associate's degree in related field and three (3) years of electronic security or construction management 
* High school diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of electronic security or construction management 

* Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
* Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible field construction and management experience
* Minimum of five (5) years of security experience
* Leadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results
* Results-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while managing a profitable business
* Expertise with CCTV, card readers, security software, and security fencing is required
* Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and regions to creatively support client's growth and satisfaction
* Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

* Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services 
* Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation
