Responsibilities:

Boost Mobile is poised to revolutionize the wireless industry by establishing a groundbreaking presence in a prominent and influential retail ecosystem. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in this critical sales channel. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in strategic account management, retail sales, and sales strategy. This role is instrumental in driving sales growth, optimizing account performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through this key retail platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our strategic retail partner, managing the relationship to ensure alignment with Boost Mobile's goals and objectives

* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for Boost Mobile services within this key retail environment; analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placements, merchandising, and pricing strategies

* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales operations, marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure the seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotions

* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies; provide regular reports and insights to senior management, offering data-driven recommendations for improvements

* Promotions and Campaigns: Plan and execute promotional campaigns within the retail partner's ecosystem to drive product visibility and sales; collaborate with sales ops and marketing teams to develop compelling promotions, content, and advertising strategies

* Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and working with customer service teams to resolve escalations effectively; strive to enhance the customer journey from discovery to post-purchase

* Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with the retail partner to secure favorable agreements that support Boost Mobile's business objectives and long-term strategy

* Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail space

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: 

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management, with a focus on retail sales and strategy; proven track record of managing large accounts and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment

Skills and Qualifications: 

* Strong understanding of retail sales platforms and best practices; excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

* Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and CRM software to drive insights and inform decision-making
