Overview: BE A PART OF HISTORY, AND JOIN US AT THE #1 RESORT IN THE MID-ATLANTIC Responsibilities: * Responsible for a Positive and can do altitude * Responsible for all personnel under his/her supervisor * Responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware. * Maintains required standards of sanitation and cleanliness. * Make shift report as required by the Executive Steward. * Reviews and reinforces operating procedures with his/her shift. * Minimize breakage of circulating equipment. * Responsible for all P.M. closing of kitchens and Staff Dining area. * Monitor & review Over night cleaning crew as needed . * Responsible for burnishing Qualifications: Omni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer - vets/disability.
