Responsibilities:

*  Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment, stoves, grills, prep tables, etc.
* Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen area, floors and walls.
* Completes other duties as assigned.
* Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, hoods, grills sinks, wall, floors and other heavy equipment.
* Vacuum carpeted areas throughout the food and beverage outlets.
* Wash tile floors in all food and beverage areas.

Qualifications:

* Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
* Must be able to communicate respectfully and work in a team atmosphere.
* Must be able to read, write and comprehend English.
* Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
