While you might not be at the bedside, your precision and dedication directly contribute to successful surgeries and positive patient outcomes every single day.

As a valued member of our Sterile Processing department, you will expertly manage the full cycle of surgical instrumentation and equipment, including:

* Decontaminating and meticulously cleaning instruments.
* Assembling and packaging items with utmost care.
* Utilizing scanning systems for accurate tracking.
* Performing sterilization procedures to rigorous standards.
* Organizing storage and facilitating efficient distribution.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED required.
*   Successful completion of an orientation program as a CSR technician.
* Certification in Sterile Processing technology must be obtained within the first year of employment.
* Ability to prioritize and complete daily assignments. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, nursing and other hospital staff. 
* Computer skills and ability to work in a very fast paced environment with emphasis on infection control process required. 

Preferred:

* Sterile processing experience preferred.
* Successful completion of an orientation program as a CSR technician preferred.
