Sterile Processing Educator Team Leader

				Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provides supervisory support to the Sterile Processing Manager and maintains responsibility for the training and development of new and existing Sterile Processing staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifcations

5 of the most recent 7 years' experience as a Sterile Processing Technician with at least two years in a leadership capacity

Licensure, Registration, Certification

One of the following:

* CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician),
* HSPA,
* CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician

And

 One of the following:

* CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader),
* HSPA
* CSPM (Certified Sterile Processing Manager)

 CBSPD

Desired Qualifications

One of the following:

* Bachelor's degree

Any combination of additional, relevant sterile processing specific experience, education, or certification

Licensure, Registration, Certification

Additional HSPA or CBSPD certifications-Instrument Specialist (CIS or CSIS), Endoscope (CER or CFER), etc.
