Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide stellar customer service.
* Retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area.
* Retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations.
* Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as: vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash, etc.
* Fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes.
* Prepare tables for guests including removal any dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins.
* Take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times.
* Remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas.
* Greet, welcome and thank guests appropriately.
* Assist in seating guests as needed to improve customer flow and timely service.
* Assist servers in maintaining dining areas including taking orders, delivery and hostessing as necessary for the efficient operation of business.
* Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed.
* Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
* Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
* Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS:
Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs including but not limited to counting money.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
LICENSING:
Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law.
