Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* Serve guests and anticipate their needs utilizing Ameristar standards and signature sequence of service
* Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
* Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
* Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members and leaders
Qualifications:
* Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
* Able to perform basic math and cash handling skills
* Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
* Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
* Adherence to Alcohol Safety Standards and liqour laws
