Responsibilities: We envisage success in this role to include: 1. Interface Management Planning * Develop and maintain the project interface management plan. * Define interface points between contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and authorities. * Set up communication protocols, interface schedules, and data exchange procedures. 2. Coordination Between Packages * Track all interface deliverables across packages (e.g., Civil, MEP, Fit-out, Systems). * Ensure scope clarity at boundaries to prevent duplication or scope gaps. * Monitor interface design packages, clash resolution, and program alignment. 3. Stakeholder Coordination * Act as the single point of contact for all interface issues across contractors, the client, and authorities. * Coordinate with permitting entities, utility providers, and external stakeholders to avoid delays. * Attend interface meetings and report progress, risks, and issues. 4. Risk and Change Management * Identify interface-related risks early and develop mitigation plans. * Evaluate interface-related change requests for potential impact on design, cost, or schedule. 5. Technical Oversight * Review technical submissions where multiple parties are involved. * Validate assumptions, dependencies, and technical compatibilities. * Coordinate interdisciplinary reviews (e.g., structure vs. MEP, or architecture vs. systems). 6. Documentation and Reporting * Maintain interface registers and logs. * Prepare interface status reports for senior management and client reviews. * Log and follow up on action items, resolutions, and decisions. Qualifications: To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 8 years work experience partnered with a Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
