We currently have an opening for a Home Health Staffing Coordinator at our Flower Mound office! Join our growing team! 

Responsibilities:

Choose to be an integral part of a team that helps patients achieve their greatest potential and work toward productive, independent lives. The Staffing Coordinator position exists to provide staffing and other support as necessary hospital-wide.  Provides input to local nursing leadership in the performance feedback process.  Arranges for coverage when local staffing resources are not sufficient.  Monitors outcomes of staffing function to ensure compliance with standards.  Provides support for payroll entry to the nursing unit. 

Qualifications:

Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities (including licensure, certification and other job-related credentials)

* Education: High School Graduate or equivalent required. 
* 3 years secretarial experience required. Previous hospital experience preferred.
* Proficient skills with computers, software and office equipment required.
