Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Program Manager of Integrated Business Planning to join DISH Wireless' Retail Operations group.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and communicating integrated business plans that drive operational excellence, optimize resources, and ensure cross-functional alignment with DISH's strategic objectives. Your leadership and analytical skills will be crucial in guiding our retail ambitions to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and support the execution of integrated business plans that align with the company's overall strategy and financial goals
* Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in Retail Operations
* Foster collaboration and communication among various teams within DISH Wireless, such as Supply and Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, & Finance, driving cross-functional alignment on the company's goals
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key performance metrics and progress toward business goals
* Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning teams to develop & communicate demand forecasts and sales plans, ensuring accurate inventory availability
* Support teams responsible for inventory planning and forecasting activities to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory
* Serve as a liaison between the Product Team and Sales Team to facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment on portfolio decisions and strategies
* Offer strategic direction to the organization by leveraging expertise in market analysis, creating compelling business cases and financial models, conducting scenario planning, establishing performance metrics, skillful stakeholder management, vigilant execution oversight, and risk management analysis

Qualifications:

To excel as Staff Program Manager of Integrated Business Planning, the following attributes are vital:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
* Exceptional organizational acumen coupled with unwavering attention to detail, enabling proficient multitasking and execution
* Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, showcasing your ability to manipulate data with precision and glean insightful information
* Effective communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling presentations for senior leadership, allowing seamless interaction across all stakeholders in the organization
