FTE Options: Multiple (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN)Shifts Available: 24hr-on/48-72hr-off, 12-hour nights, or 8- or 9-hour nights

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for eligible full-time RNs | $5,000 for eligible full-time LPNs & Paramedics

In this unique role, you'll work across multiple areas - Inpatient, Outpatient, Pre/Post/PACU, Emergency Department, and Infusion - keeping your skills sharp and your days engaging. One shift you may be assisting in a life-saving emergency; the next, guiding a patient through recovery or administering essential treatments. No matter where you are, you'll be surrounded by a supportive, close-knit team that feels like family.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across various departments including Inpatient, Outpatient, Emergency Department (ED), and Infusion services, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
* Conduct regular assessments, monitor vital signs, and document patient conditions accurately. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and implement appropriate interventions as needed.
* Safely administer medications, IV infusions, and other prescribed treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders, ensuring compliance with all safety standards.
* Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and create individualized care plans that align with the patient's needs and medical goals.

Qualifications:

* Graduate of an accredited school per applicable licensure
* Current license in the State of Iowa or meets criteria established by the applicable Board of licensure
