Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and Relocation up to $7,500 available!

        + Night Shift and Weekend Differentials 

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Night Shift, Part-Time (24 hours/week), 48 Weekends/Year
Department: Med/Surg 2, Innovations Unit (8th Floor)
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center

Responsibilities:

* Deliver high‑quality clinical care, including wound management, IV starts and maintenance, blood draws, medication administration, g‑tube care, and support for stable tracheostomy patients

* Collaborate closely with fellow nurses, leaders, and interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe, coordinated, and patient‑centered care

* Participate in piloting new technologies, workflows, and quality initiatives by providing thoughtful feedback that helps shape system‑wide improvements

* Support a culture of teamwork and continuous learning by sharing insights, assisting peers, and contributing to a positive, solutions‑focused environment

* Maintain accurate documentation and uphold organizational standards while actively engaging in unit‑based innovation and process refinement

Qualifications:

* Education: 
* 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. 
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.

* Experience: 
* One year of RN experience, required.
* Any RN's with less than one year of experience should refer to our RN Residency Program.

* One year relevant experience, preferred.

* Licensure/Certification: 
* Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
