Responsibilities:

Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview, which may include a live whiteboarding or technical assessment session.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable DevOps infrastructure leveraging industry best practices and cloud-native principles

* Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness and GitLab to enable efficient, automated software delivery and validation

* Define and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or Crossplane to ensure consistency, scalability, and repeatability across environments

* Architect and develop highly scalable AWS solutions leveraging services such as EC2, EKS, Lambda, DynamoDB, Step Functions, and API Gateway

* Drive engineering quality through peer reviews, automated testing, robust logging and monitoring, security best practices, and continuous delivery enhancements

* Automate deployment and configuration management using Ansible and Python, while troubleshooting DevOps infrastructure issues and continuously improving processes based on emerging technologies and best practices

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 4-7 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps Architect, Senior DevOps Engineer, or similar DevOps role

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong expertise in DevOps principles, CI/CD methodologies, and automation frameworks, with hands-on experience implementing scalable delivery pipelines
* Proficiency with DevOps and cloud tools including Terraform, AWS EKS, Harness, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and configuration management best practices
* Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes; experience with Helm charts and automated deployment strategies preferred
* Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell to support automation, tooling, and operational efficiency
* Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, with working knowledge of additional cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, OCI, or VMware environments preferred
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
