Summary To support the LCI Aftermarket division from an Accounting & Finance perspective. Essential Functions * Month end closing for multiple locations. * Inventory tracking and cycle count summaries * Physical inventory and cycle count audits. * Reconcile fixed asset accounts and compile documents to support additions. * Supplemental data collection and reporting * Reporting and analysis of costs/sales and reconciliation. * Winner/Loser item profit reporting * Margins by product and customer * Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential * Oversees lease tracking and maintaining of LeaseQuery Database * Understands project accounting as it relates to Duncan division * Support plant leadership by answering accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data * Preparing and updating budgets and forecasts * Look for savings ideas within plant purchases * Research inventory costs with D365 ensuring accuracy on inventory & margin reports Competencies * Comfortable communicating with all levels of leadership. * Technical Capacity. * Ethical Conduct. * Results Driven. * Detail oriented * Strong computer software sills Supervisory Responsibilities This role does not have supervisory responsibility upon hiring. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. * Clerical- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers. Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages. Communicates with management, Team Members, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information and take instructions. Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system. Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules. Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40-45 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend and overnight work is also necessary at times. Travel Local travel is expected for this position and minimal out of state travel. Required Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * 3-5 years of experience * Strong analytical skills * ERP Systems experience * Proficient in Microsoft Excel * Continuous Improvement Preferred Education and Experience * Minimum of a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance Work Authorization/Security Clearance Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
