Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform administrative and system set-up responsibilities related to the payment system used for license fee calculations
* Perform contract summary reviews and understand Programmer contracts to determine payment requirements, calculations, and impact on subscriber reporting
* Review/audit economic terms of programming contracts to ensure payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to all Programmers and vendors
* Assist with circulation and tracking of payments for approvals
* Assist Programmers as needed with account, payment, and statement analysis
* Perform special tasks and ad hoc projects to contribute to the team goals of accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

* 4-year degree, preferably BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration 
* Intermediate Excel and G Suite experience preferred

Skills / Experience:

* Ability to independently resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations and communicate issues and recommend solutions to a wide-ranging audience 
* Willingness to follow written procedures as well as working closely with experienced team members
* Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
* Maintain high energy, a positive attitude, and have a desire to learn and maintain an inquisitive mindset with a willingness to question the status quo
* Maintain a high degree of professionalism, and discipline and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure
* Ability to assess and recommend improvements for processes and procedures; willingness to learn new concepts and work with teammates to find solutions
