Overview: Bajo la Dirección del Gerente de Materiales, vigila la entrada y salida de mercancía (producto terminado, materia prima y/o bienes) y controla los movimientos de los mismos a través del Sistema SAP; vigila la existencia de material directo e indirecto suficiente para cubrir la demanda de producción y la entrega en su oportunidad. Supervisa y entrena a Asociados encargados de recibo, almacenaje, y envío de materiales y producto terminado. Responsibilities: * Supervisa a Personal de Almacén y dirige entrenamiento que permita mantener personal siempre * disponible para desempe ar las diversas funciones del departamento. * Supervisa el desempe o del personal a su cargo. * Auxilia en la preparación y actualización de presupuestos, políticas, procedimientos y programas de entrenamiento de Almacén Qualifications: * Escolaridad: * Carrera Universitaria terminada: * Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Administración, o carrera afín. * Experiencia * Más de 4 a os * Idiomas: Inglés/espa ol : 85% WHO WE ARE Shure's mission is to be the most trusted audio brand worldwide - and for nearly a century, our Core Values have aligned us to be just that.
