Sr. Test Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute test cases to ensure that the application is working according to requirements
* Develop a test plan to execute overall testing of the application
* Support RTM development to ensure that all requirements have been validated
* Deliver results and review fix plan for retest
* Participate in recurring project meetings with the team and the client
* Conduct Security, Performance and Regression testing
* Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
* Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders, to understand product requirements and ensure testing activities are aligned with project goals
* Conduct manual testing

Qualifications:

* 2-4 years relevant experience required.
* College degree or equivalent years of experience
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and tools
* Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes of defects, and make informed decisions
* Writing and Executing Manual Test plans
* Ability to lead and mentor junior test engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
* Experience with tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar systems for defect management
* MS Office tools Experience
* Experience with functional, integration, regression and performance testing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
