Responsibilities: The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain supports the procurement team and plays a key role in enhancing supply chain performance and customer satisfaction. By integrating data from multiple sources, they uncover trends, perform root cause analyses, and deliver clear, impactful insights to both internal teams and end customer. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: * Ability to analyze data, identify key insights, and think critically to solve business problems * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders * The ability to identify business challenges and use data to recommend effective solutions EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in a field, such as data science, statistics, or business analytics, preferred * 4-5 years of related work experience preferred * 2-3 years of experience insights or data analysis role preferred * Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI)
