Our Sr Strategic Sourcing and Category Manager is a critical strategic role responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of direct materials across multiple Rollins brands and sites. Responsibilities: You Will. . . Strategic Procurement Leadership: * Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with business objectives * Identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier efficiencies, and process improvements * Drive digital transformation initiatives in procurement to enhance automation, data analytics, and decision-making * Ensure procurement policies and procedures comply with regulatory requirements and corporate governance Supplier and Vendor Management: * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness * Develop supplier performance metrics and regularly review vendor performance * Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize value and minimize risk * Lead initiatives to ensure supplier diversity and sustainability in procurement practices * Leverage supplier innovations to achieve business objectives Cost Management & Risk Mitigation * Oversee cost reduction initiatives while ensuring service quality and operational efficiency * Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, financial, and operational risks * Implement contingency plans to ensure business continuity and supply resilience Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement * Optimize procurement operations through best practices, technology adoption, and automation * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure procurement effectiveness and efficiency * Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement team and broader organization Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership * Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Legal, Tech Services, and the Brands to align procurement with company goals * Communicate procurement strategies and results to executive leadership and key stakeholders Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Cost savings achieved through strategic sourcing and negotiation * Supplier performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) * Procurement cycle time and efficiency improvements * Risk mitigation effectiveness, including supply continuity and vendor risk management * Stakeholder satisfaction and internal customer service ratings * Implementation and adoption of digital procurement tools * Drive working capital improvements The Benefits. . . * Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable company (NYSE: ROL) * Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity & life insurance. * 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan * Teammate discounts, tuition reimbursement, and dependent scholarship awards * Paid Time Off * Work Environment: This is an onsite role based at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA (Buckhead/Midtown area). Qualifications: The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements): * Bachelor's Degree - Supply Chain, Business or related field * Minimum eight to twelve years' experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management for Direct Categories (Chemicals, MRO, Fleet, Safety, Distribution) * Proven work experience in Strategic Sourcing and Category Management * Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills * Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement * Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships * Analytical mindset - ability to work with datasets to draw insights and conclusions * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams * Primary Accountable Competencies: * Proactivity: Acts without being told what to do.
