Responsibilities:
Our Senior HR Ops Specialist is responsible for Human Resources administration activities and process optimization, including but not limited to employment, on-boarding, absence management, documentation management, payroll data entry, and managing HRIS systems.
You will be part of the remote P&C(people and culture) team for the BeNeLux federation.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring a best-in-class employee experience through a high level of service and operational excellence
* Managing multiple and ad hoc requests on time with accuracy (we work with Service Now ticketing tool)
* Supporting workforce administration processes, data input in Workday (HRIS system) and other HR systems, and verification of required documentation on the designated HR employee life cycle activity, such as: enrolling new hires (HR systems, payroll, agreements), terminations, transfers, promotions, and alterations in salary, personal data, job titles, supervisors and departments
* Updating personnel files and producing documents, for example, employment contracts, salary statements, deduction agreements, and salary notifications
* Collaboration with auditors and local authorities
* Preparing data for monthly payroll process (for our Belgium and Luxembourg offices) and liaising with the finance team and the payroll provider (experience in this process is a must)
* Ensuring employee data is up-to-date and accurate
* Completing on-boarding and off-boarding activities
* Continuous improvement of processes, execution, and technology usage
* Answering and handling internal HR-related issues, as well as redirecting questions to other units
* Contributing to key HR initiatives and projects
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of professional experience in HR administration (preferably in modern digitalized company)
* Relevant experience in BeNeLux (and openness to learning about other countries)
* Very good knowledge of labor legislation in At least one of the BeNeLux countries, and happy to learn about the others.
* Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality without authority (you will be the only HR person working from Prague; your leader and your team are based in other countries)
* Ability to set priorities and manage time in a fast-paced changing environment
* Process management thinking
* Analytical and data-driven approach (you must like Excel)
* Fluent language skills both written and verbal, in Dutch and English required (you will also work with other languages with the usage of online translating)
* Administrative and process orientation, accuracy, and attention to detail
* A team player who can work in a matrix environment
* Strong integrity and ability to self-manage
* You need to be able to work within a remote team. Your leader and team members are spread around various countries.
* You will be based in Amsterdam or Brussels in our SoftwareOne office (hybrid work 2-3 days out of 5 days in the office).
