Responsibilities: KeHE is hiring a Sr. Specialist to support their Hidden Talent initiatives in 19 distribution centers across North America. This role is based in our Naperville HQ and will be onsite 3 days/week. The Hidden Talent Program Sr. Specialist will be largely responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of KeHE's Hidden Talent initiative with three primary focus areas: 1) Build relationships with organizations and agencies serving Hidden Talent (HT) populations in areas where KeHE has a presence 2) Source Hidden Talent candidates for open roles at KeHE 3) Work in partnership with the Sr. Program Manager, Hidden Talent to design trainings and support programs as part of the Hidden Talent program As with all positions at KeHE Distributors, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE's Mission, Vision, and Values. Qualifications: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or related field required; additional years of relevant experience considered * 4+ years of Program Management & 3+ years of recruiting experience OR credentials equating to experience preferred * Previous experience in building and maintaining relationships with workforce development focused non-profits OR talent pipeline partners PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
