As Senior Service Support Specialist, you are an ambassador of Waters and will bring to the market Waters' products and services. The candidate will demonstrate a clear grasp of understanding the customers' business and its growth plans and is able to take that knowledge and convert that into a solution and offering from Waters, with a primary aim of bringing "customer success". This position brings a great degree of flexibility working in the field / from office. The role will be designated to either a territory and/or markets.
Responsibilities:
* The candidate will work collaboratively with their corresponding Field Service Managers and Service Delivery Managers to achieve territory specific service sales goals.
* Candidate will pro-actively renew service plans using SAP tools and associated databases,
* Making Quotation, entering order entry & following for order execution.
* Timely invoice submission
* Billing reviews
* Install base checking & correction
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experiance in using SAP, making Quotation preferable in scientific services.
* Candidate must be customer-focused and have exceptional written, verbal and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT).
