Overview:
Lead KA service sales team to achieve biz target
2, Lead the team transformation from inside sales to field sales
3, Team work with service delivery team/instrument sales/chemistry team to better support key accounts and improve customer satisfaction level
4, Continuously optimize biz management/order processing related process to improve work efficiency
Responsibilities:
1, Frequently travel within China is a must
2, Good English, excellent communication skills, good presentation skills
3, Proven record on sales team management, solid industry experiences
4, Knowledge/experience on Lean management such as Kaizen is a plus
Qualifications:
1, 5+ years experiences on service sales/sales related position
2, 3+years experiences on team management
3, Bechelor above degree on chemistry or related major
